Booking information guidelines
The University of Wollongong offers a variety of teaching venues which are available to be booked.
Essential information for parties booking UOW venues is available in the Guidelines for the Use of UOW Common Teaching Spaces. The Guideline covers emergency and safety procedures, access to services available, pricing information and insurance requirements.
Booking UOW teaching venues
UOW staff (internal) booking requests
Information for UOW staff (internal) bookings can be found on the casual room bookings page.
External clients hire requests
To apply to hire a UOW teaching venue, applicants are required to complete and submit the following:
- Application to Hire UOW Teaching Venues (External) - PDF Form
- Conditions of Hire Agreement
- Provide a current certificate of currency (that covers the requested booking dates)
